Received an offer from the capital markets debt advisory side of an IB. Currently in credit making ~500K and offer is for 600K.

On average I work about 60 hours per week sometimes 70 at a top private credit firm. I figure it can’t be that different as a mid level VP in debt advisory (advising sponsors on capital structure). What do you guys think
