Has anyone ever got banned as Family Sharing ban? If so, does it also ban your Embark Account and I won't be able to play even if I buy the game from Epic Games Store or Xbox?
I don't wanna ask this question in the main sub because it will be 100% devolved into 'ahaha CHEATER' and that's not the kind of conversation I'm looking for. So I'm coming here for a genuine answer to my question.
For the record, it wasn't my account that got banned. It was someone in my Steam family sharing account that got banned but it was applied family-wide so I got hit as well despite them and mine owning the game as separated copy. I filed the appeal but it is very likely I will never get the lift so I'm looking for the alternatives to continue playing.
I can still be able to play The Finals so I assume this is not the same as Hardware ban or direct Embark Account ban yes?
