Coaches you avoid and why?

Love my solidcore location and I have my favorite coaches but there are two coaches I avoid.

One coach kept telling me to not add springs for upper body exercises.

The other coach kept spending more time on lower body at the expense of upper body. Also commented how they hate upper body exercises.

How to gain muscle and loose fat doing solidcore only?

Hello my solid co sufferers!

I want to get various takes on my routine and see if I can tweak it a bit and lose some fat. 6ft 2in 44yo 183lbs.

Recently I have been taking more focus50 classes and I definitely see muscle gains:

I do 3 focus50 classes in a row per week, one a day for 3 days straight. Sometimes I'll add a 4th in between (usually a sig50).

On a solidcore day I don't count calories but make sure I get 100gr plus of protein. Fruit, protein and creatine smoothie right after solidcore and then a lunch with veggies and protein.

On non solidcore days I do intermittent fasting and limit myself to one meal a day: balanced meal: veggies and protein some carbs. I guess right around my maintenance calories or less.

So far it looks like I have been able to gain muscle, weight might be on a slight upward trend, but relatively stable.

You're probably gonna tell me I should add some light cardio on non soldicore days. The problem I have with cardio is that it makes me insanely hungry, so I over eat and gain weight.

What else can I tweak in this routine to gain muscle and lose fat?

Thank you!

Hi everyone, I love chest day and I'm a dude.

Have almost 150 classes and numerous times I've heard female coaches and fellow co-sufferers express their dislike about chest day. Usually those comments are paired with admiration for anything glutes day.

I understand the glutes part (I also want a nice butt!) but why the dislike for chest days?
