Yukhoe suggestions
The restaurant in Chatswood where I tried it first has now long gone and so is my Korean friend who introduced me to it, returned to Korea… now I have relatives over from overseas, they are aware that there are a lot of Korean immigrants in Sydney and they would like to try yukhoe… but I now have no idea where to find some good quality yukhoe! Any suggestions?
