Double standards with Faith?
Coming from CMTMTT, Faith and how she's been treated rubbed me the wrong way.
In the MTT days, the rookie candidates were questioned on the Dallas Cowboys and general football knowledge. Perhaps it was a bit too far and too strict as well, but I remember even Yuko and Jinelle lightly interviewed on the topics.
Fast forward to Faith, first of all, her being treated as if she's the first overseas DCC annoyed me endlessly. Even Kelli and Charlotte treated her as such when another Aussie, JINELLE, has been a brilliant DCC. And Faith openly being clueless to the point that she even played it up and it became a topic of joke that she had no idea what was going on at any given time... it rubbed me the wrong way.
Besides, she repeatedly said DCC was her dream and even childhood dream, yet she didn't audition until Netflix and she was invited to do so; and her excuse was that DCC was all American and she was Aussie. If being a DCC were such a big dream of hers for so long, again, she must've known about Jinelle, right? Apparently not.
Faith comes across as disingenious and she sticks out like a sore thumb because she carries the whole influencer personality into the DCC. I hate that season 3 focused so heavily on her. What do you think?
