Does it matter if parts of your mask touch your face and others don’t?
Sorry if this sounds silly, but I have the Dr. Dennis Gross red light mask and since it’s a hard shelled mask, parts of the mask touch my face and on other parts it sits above my face not touching. I’m not sure if this makes a difference to its effectiveness. It presses hard against the bridge of my nose and I noticed a dark spot there that wasn’t there before.
