Tell me about your diet
I’m having a hard time with food, hence going on the med on the first place. Would appreciate if you all could share what a typical day of food looks like. I have such a crazy schedule that meal prepping/healthy cooking so often falls to the wayside so I end up ordering DoorDash or something similar and a lot of restaurant food upsets my stomach so options are limited.
