Cool foam options

I'm working on getting my comfort layers sorted out and I feel like the firmness is good but it seems like it's warmer than I would have expected. Does anyone have suggestions for foam alternatives that might be cooler?

On top of the springs I have 2" of 35 ILD foam topped with 1" of 12 ILD foam (both from foam factory). I don't have a cover yet, I just put a light blanket down on top of the foam for the purposes of testing the build.

In-N-Out for the win

I had to have lunch away from home the other day and went to In-N-Out. I was delighted to find that they do not use air fresheners in the bathroom and the soap at the sinks seemed to be fragrance-free as well. The bathroom had no scent at all, not from the cleaning agents they use, not from guests using the toilets, none. The dining area also had no discernable scent. It was fabulous. The food was good too.

I'll admit, I don't get out very much, so maybe this is common. But after having so many crappy, fragrance-laden bathroom visits it was such a joy to be able to go out and have lunch (and even be able to use the bathroom) and not encounter any fragrances. I'm so excited about it I'm already planning my next visit.

CGRP medications (Neurtec, Qlipta, etc)

CGRP medications for migraine are working on a similar chemical pathway in the brain that's aggravated in people with MCS. Has anyone had success in getting some relief from their MCS by taking preventative CGRP medications? Or non-success?

Vestibular migraine? Or new normal?

I'm recently diagnosed with Menieres so I only have a small amount of experience with it to draw from.  Yesterday evening, I started feeling unsteady.  Then I felt nauseous.  Since then, I haven’t been able to sleep, the unsteadyness has continued, the nauseousness has come and gone and come back again.  I haven’t had vertigo, changes in tinnitus, or changes in ear fullness.  Is this probably a vestibular migraine?  Or is this just how Menieres is for some people?
