"new" 2024 GV60.

I'm in the middle of the car buying process, closer to the end then the beginning. One of the cars I found and am interested in was a 2024 GV60 listed as new. I'm just wondering when cars are "new" old, how much wiggle room is there on pricing? The car is already listed low, around 46k. Just trying see what I can expect when I try and start negotiating. I'm still not sold mainly because there are so many 0% financing deals out there that I'll be passing up for this car.

Are these fees and extras normal or can I ask to have anything removed?

New car shopping for an Ioniq 5 Limited AWD in NYC. Are these normal fees? I can definitely drop the optional item, which is VIN etching. Tax definitely seems off, but it's lumped in with "use fee" which I don't know what that is exactly.

What type of wasp is this?

Is this a queen yellow jacket? It seemed too big to be a regular yellow jacket. Or a different type of wasp? Solitary? It was flying in and out of my porch ceiling. I just want to know if I should be concerned about what else is up there or not.
