Can we all just have a minute to appreciate how good steam works and how good the steam support team is? every time i have something wrong the support is on the job and everything is solved and easy and just the way it supposed to be... every time and i say EVERY TIME, i deal with Epic store and Epic support there's ALWAYS some kind of bs going on and nothing ever gets resolved... just went to Epic to get some stuff from a collab and skins, everything is broken, the support cannot do anything to help you and nobody explains that it just works in the worst way possible... i genuinely HATE IT.

my cousin on youtube told me to never push 2 videos and a short in the same day but to spread it out like weekly or during 1 week...even tho i had the content yesterday i've decided to follow that advice but what is your experience? does it matter?

so let me understand/confirm this to be sure cuz i have read it but not to get a full idea of it, re-uploading a thumbnail is always good if the engagement is not high? i mean how many times do people do that? why some people say videos dont blow up up to 365 days sometimes? and is this the only thing you can just keep re-uploading until it clicks?
