hi all, i'm new to researching electric fireplaces for a TV console, for a rental unit. electric is only option. i'm wanting whatever is "best" quality - as realistic as possible with "real" logs, flames as real as possible, and good heat, without being loud. initially i found MagikFlame and was impressed by the videos on their site, but then i saw many negative reviews on reddit. Dimplex was another option i found, but found some negative reviews as well. any advice on this? thank you!

hi all, i have no clue about gardening, but a family member will be leaving her yard in another state (which she loves) to move here and rent a condo with a huge outdoor terrace (aging parent). i'm trying to make it easier on her by turning this terrace into a beautiful garden. she loves peach trees, tomato plants and pomegranate trees. i googled this a bit but thought i would ask here - is there someone i could hire to help plan/arrange this terrace for her? thank you!
