Coles SPF 50 Ultra sunscreen - is it good?

I am from the US with abysmal sunscreen. My husband was in Australia for a work trip and I asked him to pick me up some sunscreen. Gave him some brands and ingredients I was interested in. This was not one of the brands but he said it had the ingredients I was interested in (and I couldn't tell you what they were anymore it was winter and I didn't use it for months).

Anyways I used it for the first time yesterday and I got slightly red. I was only out for about 2 hours, and didn't get wet. Seemed suspicious that I would have any redness especially since part of the time it was full cloud cover.

With the Australian sunscreen debacle that happened right after my husband bought this... I'm concerned about this sunscreen. Can anyone confirm or deny my worries?

So... Going to be in South Korea and treatments are SO much cheaper there than where I live. I started looking into treatments for my acne scars (some pitting scars but its the hyperpigmentation from a period of bad acne I had 9 months ago that just won't go away that I'm most frustrated with) and some areas where my roseacea has caused my blood vessels to be close to the surface of the skin and visible (Excel V for that).

Every single treatment I am possibly interested in suggests more than one session. Usually 3-6 sessions, sometimes 2-3 sessions. I will not be in South Korea long enough to get more than 1 session in.

Does anyone know, do I need all recommended sessions, or will I have some results (just not full results) from 1 session? Is it worth doing once, or is it a waste of my time and money?
