Ok at 9 pm I took 10 mg adderall instant release. Then I couldn’t sleep so I popped three Benadryls. I’m here right now in bed and have this terrible twitch in the back of my neck and upper back. It’s making me actually flinch so hard. I can’t sleep. Please help me I wanna sleep.
