Hey guys, so I've got a 4' x 4' shed I'm not using, and a Pit Boss pellet smoker that's a piece of shit electronically.

My plan is to turn the shed into a smoke shack, using the body of the smoker as the offset fire box.

I'm wondering if anyone has some idea on best practices for placements of items.

I'm going to pipe the inlet to the bottom of the shed, so the heat and smoke rise. Obviously the exhaust will go on the top.

I'm more wondering how to properly pipe from the body of the smoker, as it will be detached from the shed.

Any ideas are very welcome!
