If you are getting ⁠DeviceEndpointNotInitialized⁠ or ⁠Device Reachability (Ping): Unreachable⁠ when trying to refresh apps in SideStore, it usually means the internal iOS pairing service (⁠remotepairingd⁠) froze after network or VPN configuration changes.
Here is my simple step by step fix:

1. Reboot your iPhone
Restarting your device is mandatory to reset the frozen ⁠remotepairing system daemon responsible for local loopback connections.

2. Make sure Wi-Fi is turned ON
iOS requires Wi-Fi to be toggled ON for local loopback sockets to work.

3. Set Connection Config in SideStore

1. Open SideStore > Settings > Connection Config.
2. Set Device IP: ⁠10.7.0.1⁠
3. Set RemotePair Port: ⁠49152⁠
4. Tap Confirm in the top right corner.

4. Connect VPN & Refresh

1. Open LocalDevVPN (or your VPN app) and tap Connect.
2. Open SideStore, go to My Apps, and hit Refresh All.

This method worked for me but tell me in the comments if it doesn’t work for you
