So I’m very new to all this side loading and everything. So I downloaded live container and sidestore and got them both in one app and followed everything. I didn’t forget to go into sidestore and refresh the apps I used to do it everyday.
Now 7 days later, it says i cannot open live container, so what should I do? Will this always happen.

i want to install some free music streaming apps on my school ipad but i'm not sure if this would get me in trouble or not? I don't have the app store but I have self service +.

I’m currently using iOS 27 and I’m trying to decide between the two SideStore + LiveContainer setups:
SideStore integrated into LiveContainer (LC + SideStore)
SideStore and LiveContainer installed separately
Which setup are you guys currently using, and why?
I’m especially interested in JIT. Which setup is currently easier or more reliable for enabling and using JIT on iOS 27?

I’d also like to understand the pros and cons of each setup:
Is JIT easier to enable with one of them?
Are there any differences when using StikDebug?
Does one setup have better JIT compatibility?
Is the integrated version more convenient or does it have limitations compared to having SideStore and LiveContainer as separate apps?
Are there differences in refreshing/signing apps or App ID usage?
Any other advantages or disadvantages you’ve noticed in daily use?
Basically, which setup would you recommend today for iOS 27, especially if JIT is important?

I just got an iPhone and I'm completely new to iOS. I used to be on Android, where getting APKs and installing third-party apps was simple and straightforward. Now I'm discovering the iOS ecosystem, and while researching I came across several ways to install apps without going through the App Store, including SideStore.

From what I understand of the general concept: it's an app you install, and you need to connect your Apple account in order to then install whatever third-party apps you want. But even after reading the wiki and a fair amount of info online, I still have several areas of confusion. If people who use SideStore regularly could help clarify things, that'd be great:

1. Which account is used: is it really our Apple account, the one connected to our iPhone, that SideStore uses? Or is it recommended to create a dedicated one instead?
2. The 7-day refresh: I understood that you need to "refresh" SideStore periodically (via a PC?) for it to keep working. The posts I found about this are a bit old — is this constraint still accurate in 2026? And if so, are there ways to avoid having to do it manually?
3. The paid Apple developer account: some people mention that a paid developer account would remove the 3-app limit (which doesn't bother me much right now) and the 7-day refresh requirement. What exactly does this developer account involve? Is it worth it for basic usage?
4. The risks: I've seen mentions of possible Apple account bans or blocks tied to this kind of use. Is that a real risk, or is it mostly rumors/exaggeration?

Basically, if you could help me untangle all this and correct anything that's wrong or outdated in what I've understood so far, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
