Hello! Our family of 5 arrives to CA next Saturday.

Mom, Dad, 11 year old (approved for DAS), 8 year old (approved for DAS), and 8 year old. 3 park days with hoppers.

We have never been to the California parks before. I’ve been watching videos, but none of them really give tips on how to use DAS or time things out. Most videos are about LL. We are not adding on LL so it will be standard ticket and the disability accommodations for two of our daughters.

Day 1 - Sunday May 10 - DL
Day 2 - Monday May 11 - DCA
Day 3 - Wednesday May 13 - DL

The only reservation we committed to is the WOC Dessert Party on 5/11.

I guess my question is - if we plan to rope drop, what would be the best rides or route to take with DAS? No real concerns about height restrictions or needing to split the group up - as of right now they all seem to be in agreement on trying everything 🤷‍♀️ I suppose I’ll believe it when I see it! Do we start in a certain land or prioritize certain rides right away?

Also, what non ride events should we catch - parades, shows, fireworks? Fireworks is only on Sunday night from what I understand?

Anything else I’m missing that I should be aware of? I know Grad night will impact the trip timeframe, but it is what it is.
