hi everyone, will be in otago for a month as a malaysian medical student and was wondering if anyone has any additional recommendations for places to visit and see

plus points for muslim friendly food places, but eager to spend my time there and visit the clubs and societies around the area, or do a bit of sightseeing.

also any recommendations on what i should bring back as souveniers for my relatives
