Charming rustic old villages in Denmark
I'm Danish, but left Denmark when I was 22 and I miss it terribly. Because I left young, I never really explored the countryside. I want to get to know about the old villages, especially by the ocean (not too hard). I'm a sucker for old fisherman houses, old timber-framed structured houses (bindingsværk)with thatched roofs, cobblestone roads and nature. I prefer places to be close to Copenhagen (family is there), but I want to know about other places too.
Places I love: Ærøskøbing, Køge, Stege and Nysted.
