Anyone else having issues getting your order to ship?
On the11th I got a email from them saying this
"A quick but important update on your recent order. There's been a delay getting it moving through the carrier network, and we know how frustrating it is to be waiting on a package without seeing updates. We want to be transparent about what's going on and what to expect from here.
We recently moved to a new US carrier so we can offer you more control over how your packages arrive (delivery instructions, drop-off preferences, and more flexibility overall). As part of the transition, our Texas sorting facility has been running about 3 to 3.5 days behind on origin scans, which is why your tracking has gone quiet.
What happens next with your order:
- By Tuesday at the latest, your package will receive its origin scan and start moving through the carrier network.
- Your existing tracking link will pick up the new updates automatically. No need to look anywhere else.
- From there, delivery will continue as normal and your package will arrive at your doorstep within the carrier's usual timeframe.
- Your order isn't lost, isn't stuck, and doesn't need to be re-shipped. It's accounted for and on its way."
I ordered the loop switch 2 iridescent lavender. Tracking still says "Awaiting package from Shipping Bros.
Your order has been created. We will provide an estimated delivery date once the package has been received."
Is this seriously normal? This is my first time ordering any Loop Earplugs and so far its been a kinda bad experience. My order was placed May 9th
