What is the best way to apply for jobs?

Need a job , applying like crazy everyday.

People said that every company use ATS so optimize your resume as per the JD ,

I tried that by Gemini and chat gpt but still didn't get any interview calls and then we have some auto ai apply tools like fast job and ai apply which are paid .

Getting so confused, what to do , should i get some subscription of such tools?

Please help me and let me know how you guys are getting interview calls?

Question About Maa Saptashrungi and Her Tantrik Sadhana.

For those who may not know this form of Devi,

this is Maa Saptashrungi, a fierce form of Adi Shakti. According to tradition, she manifested from the combined tejas of all the gods to destroy the demon Mahishasura. The gods offered their weapons to her, which is why she is depicted holding many astras.

Her temple is located at Vani near Nashik, Maharashtra, and is considered one of the Shakti Peethas, where Sati’s right arm is believed to have fallen.

My question is regarding her Tantrik tradition and upasana.

She is considered extremely powerful and is also associated with the Nath Sampradaya, yet when I tried searching for references in Tantric texts, I could barely find anything specific about her sadhana, mantras, or dedicated practitioners.

I found this surprising considering her importance and fierce nature.

Are there any authentic Tantric texts, paramparas, or lineages connected to Maa Saptashrungi that I may not know about? Or is this knowledge traditionally kept very secret and only passed through diksha?

I genuinely wish to learn her proper Tantrik upasana through the right path ,with diksha, discipline, and guidance from an authentic guru ,not out of curiosity alone.

If anyone has knowledge, references, or guidance regarding this, please share. I would be very grateful.

Yesterday was Maa Chinnamasta Jayanti, and I really wanted to visit her temple and offer my prayers. However, since I live in Maharashtra, her worship is not very common here, and there isn’t a single Maa Chinnamasta temple in my city.

So I started doing a bit of research and also asked a few friends. Some of them suggested that I could visit a Maa Renuka temple instead. When I looked into this, I came across something very interesting.

It is said that after Maa Renuka’s head was cut by Parshuram, Sage Jamadagni prayed to Maa Chinnamasta. There are also beliefs that Maa Renuka is an upshakti (a manifestation or associated energy) of Maa Chinnamasta.

This really amazed me ,how deeply connected the Mahavidyas are and how their presence is spread in different forms across regions. It made me feel that perhaps every Mahavidya has an upshakti through which she is more accessible in certain places.

In the end, I went to the Maa Renuka temple and offered my prayers there and It does felt good & meaningful in a different but powerful way.
