I've been getting pain in the tendons (I think) on the outside of both ankles and running up the outside of the shin. Happens when I extend/point my toes. Is this common? I know most tendon pain in the foot is either the Achilles or plantar fasciitis. I haven't read anything about the outside of the ankle.

10 weeks out from ALIF/TLIF S1-L5 and PLIF L3-S1 surgeries. I've noticed that I have pain, especially around the screws in my pelvis, when rain is in the forecast.

I'm not sure if this is from the surgeries, or from the underlying condition of ankylosing spondylitis. I suppose it could be both.

Anyone else experience this?
