Deluxe Bundle - how many ink sets in box?
I just received my Deluxe Bundle and I am a little confused.
How many ink sets were supposed to be in the box?
From what I recall, it was advertised as extra ink set with the deluxe bundle. But I received only one set of inks.
I was expecting to find another ink set in the box, as advertised, because the Deluxe Bundle was supposed to contain all from the Basic Bundle + Rotary Attachment + DTF Laminating Machine + 1 EXTRA set of inks.
The photo contains all I received in the second box (package B).
LE: After one hour waiting for live chat with only 4 customers in front of me, I managed to speak with James from Customer Support. He was helpful, BUT:
The Deluxe Bundle doesn't come with an extra set of inks. It is advertised (or, at least, it was when I made the poor decision to buy one) as containing INK + ROTARY ATTACHMENT + DTF MACHINE.
What they FAIL to mention is that the ink they advertise is the ink already included in the Basic Bundle, do you're NOT getting an extra set of inks, as one would assume from this FALSE advertisement.If there is no extra ink set included, the Deluxe Bundle has no purpose. If you buy the Basic Bundle + Rotary Attachment + DTF Machine separately, you end up one euro cheaper. And you can buy them at separate times, when you feel that you need them.
As someone said in one comment, their advertisement contains "conflicting information and probably deliberately vague", so please be informed when deciding what and when to buy.
