Whoop Fell Off.
Hey guys, I had a whoop MG that I bought just a month ago with the 12-month subscription, but while I was swimming in the ocean it fell off. Idk if it was the clasp but unfortunatly after lookjing for it forever i lost it. I pasued my membership for 3 months so that I can get a replacment in the meantime but do u guys think that emailing them and telliung them about my situation woudld help. I already created a service request and got an AI response back saying that I need to buy a new device for 70 dollars, but I think due to mine being the MG device itll be more. Should I look onlien for used 4.0 devices or do somthing else as I dont want to waste the 12 months I have left.
