How to switch merchant ID linked to QB desktop

I need help accessing the old merchant ID in my Quickbooks desktop. I can only see the new one and a customer paid a payment link to the old one and I can’t access it to close out the invoices they paid. Does anyone know the steps to get this changed in QB?

If I login to the merchant service account on a web browser I can see both ID’s listed and can toggle between them, but if I login on Quickbooks Desktop I can only see the new one created today to resolve some Amex charging issues (which it did fix). I need to access both in Quickbooks Desktop because there are pending transactions for both. I logged in with the same login both places.

another one bites the dust

My 2021 gas Platinum has the dreaded transmission failure. I heard the noise around Memorial Day and it got worse last week. I could only hear it around 20mph to 40mph before road noise was louder. The radio could also cover up the noise in mine but I wanted to get it looked at before I hit the 5 year warranty. Today at my 50k service appointment I brought it up - including mentioning the service bulletin. I'm at 49,300 miles and 5 years of ownership will be in August, so its still within the powertrain warranty and they said they'll get the replacement transmission tomorrow, but there are two transmission repairs in front of mine. I really thought I was going to sneak through as one that it didn't happen to.

Positive Pay report issue

I have Desktop Enterprise 24.0 and I'm having trouble with our Positive Pay bank report. I need a report that will show the name from "print name on check as" and not the vendor name. I could also get away with the bill to name. We have many vendors that have different names in these two things and I keep getting name mismatch in our bank's positive pay because of this. Any suggestions on a better report? I just need date, check number, name on check or bill to name and check amount. Our old bank didn't have a problem with the name mismatch so this is a new issue for me.
