[Calif] Catalytic converter stolen and no CARB-approved aftermarket option exists. Is OEM my only option?
Catalytic converter on my 2008 Lexus RX 400h was stolen (in broad daylight too). Can't find any option on the CARB website. Do I need to go with the OEM option that is $2k? I don't have comprehensive insurance, so the cost of the repair would probably be half the value of the actual car...
