Classes not appearing on app when they should
Basically the title. My wife is a full member, which I understand means she should be able to sign up for classes 2 weeks ahead of when the class is to be held; i.e., you are supposed to be able to sign up for a 10 am Saturday class beginning at 10 am on Saturday two weeks prior.
This hasn’t been the case. Instead, my wife (using both the website and app) can only sign up for classes 13 days in advance; Saturday classes don’t appear on the app for her until the Sunday two weeks prior (at which point they are, of course, full). Likewise, for instance, all early Sunday morning classes (it’s 8:30 am CT as I type this aren’t visible to her on the app either).
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who’s experience this issue and what they’ve done to resolve it.
