
Suggest buying a commercial plot in hyderabad related to road hit/veedhi potu?
Hi everyone,
I am thinking of considering dealing with commercial plot in hyderabad. The plot is facing a 100 feet main road, but the plot has a T-junction road hit, veedhi potu(it covers 10 feet of the 45-foot width)as mentioned in above diagram
I have two main concerns:
Vastu: How big of a deal is a T-junction "road hit" for commercial plot/building buyers or tenants in Hyderabad? Is this usually considered a deal-breaker?or veedhi potu/veedhi shoola is not considered at all for such 100 feet commercial plot?
Resale Value: If sell the plot later or I construct a building here and give for rent, will it be hard to find buyers/tenants due to this issue?
I am unsure if veedhi potu is considered or not for 100 feet road facing commercial plot. I would appreciate any advice from those who have experience with vastu or related knowledge for such commercial plots/properties.
