Hi everyone,
I got a problem with my MagicCon ticket. I bought it and I paid it with the creditcard in May but I am not able to download my ticket because Leap doesn't let me log in because apparently my credentials do not exist. I tried to contact Leap but after one email they are not answering anymore.
I gave them proof that my ticket was paid and I showed them the transaction (it isn't pending) they told me that they don't find my transaction and they don't do anything about it. This is really unbelievable. What can I do ??
