Attachment to a deity but I'm nervous
Hi! F 21 here! I'm fairly new and conversting from Christianity. No matter how much I prayed and read scripture, Ive always felt drawn to the I guess darker side. I feel this allure (I hope that's the right word) to Lilith and Asmodeus. However I am nervous to summon either deities. I've never done it before. I want to start off with Lilith, I feel more drawn to her. Like she's wanting me to get up after falling on my ass for so long, to fight back and love myself instead of letting people walk all over me, to unlock my inner power. I want to reach out back, I already have the incense and the apples and her sigil. It's just a matter of actually calling out to her that I'm nervous about. I do not want to approach her wrong or say the wrong thing. I want to approach her with respect but also admiration, I truly admire and respect her and I know she can guide me a lot in this life. I want to talk to her. I guess the questions I have are
How do I summon her respectfully with or without offerings?
What time is the best to summon her? I know Fridays are for her.
What should I avoid saying and doing during this process?
Why am I so nervous to summon her?
Is she good to work with for beginners?
Are there any spirit guides or something like that for practices like this? If so where can I find them, especially in New York or online? Or any Covens that allow beginners.
