I recently just started looking at RLT masks online, and don't really have any guidance as to which one I should choose, other than the "Top 7 light masks of 2026" lists. Then I found this sub and realized I knew nothing about panels, doff types of lights, conductive serums, or any of the accompanying details that come along with light therapy. I'm looking mostly for skin improvement; I'm 40, some lines around eyes but not deep. Can someone make a rec for someone who is just starting out? Thank you
