Привіт. Хочу зібрати новий ПК, щоб замінити свій старий (використовую вже років 10). Зовсім не розбираюсь в збірці, накидав те що бачив рекомендують. Бюджет вилазить за той що планував, хотілось би вкластися в 60-70 тис. (тут виходить десь на 100), але з цими цінами на RAM виглядає нереально, да і думаю не варто сильно економити на ПК, який планую використовувати ще років 10. Що думаєте? Будь-які думки та рекомендації, буду вдячний.

Could you rate my build and perhaps recommend some optimizations

Hi y'all. I want to finally replace my 10 year old PC (i7-4770k, gtx 980). I want to build a PC that will, hopefully, last me another 10 or so years. It's mainly for gaming, in particular games like Path of Exile 1 and 2, but also some new AAA titles. 1480p. I don't require super high fps at ultra settings in all games or anything like that, but 100+ stable fps in aforementioned games is a must. This build I made is pretty pricey (rip ram prices) and quite a bit out of my range (but I'm willing to save up for it), so if you could recommend me any optimizations to cut the price significantly while keeping it up with my needs, it would be much appreciated. Other than that, just let me know what you think about it, because I'm genuinely clueless about PC builds. Thank you. The country of purchase is Ukraine, the price is about 2.2k usd, my ideal price would be about 1.5k, but I'm not sure if it's worth sacrificing the build much, because I'll stick to this pc for many years.
