I'm looking into charging options for my EV

Currently, I’m charging at the public Chargy stations nearby (shoutout to the €0.46/kWh rate—expensive but works!), but I noticed a few neighbors are charging daily in our parking lot using standard Schuko plugs.

I’m a bit worried about the safety and billing issues with those wall sockets, so I’m thinking about proposing a proper Wallbox installation to my landlord and the Syndic. Since there are only 3 EVs in the building right now, I have a few questions for the local community:

Syndic Experience: Has anyone here dealt with the Syndic ? Are they open to "Load Management" systems for a small group of users?

Klimabonus 2026: If we are only 3 owners/tenants interested, is it worth pushing for the collective infrastructure subsidy now, or is it better to just do a standalone install?

Electricians: Any recommendations for an accredited electrician in the North (Ettelbruck/Diekirch area) who is good at handling the notification and the subsidy paperwork?
