Would it be possible to schedule planned maintenance outside regular business hours?

Recent maintenance during the day has caused disruptions for us and our customers. Moving this work to nights or weekends would significantly reduce the impact on businesses relying on your services.

Are there any plans to reconsider the current maintenance windows?

Since moving to Infomaniak, we’ve experienced noticeably more downtime and service disruptions. Our customers have also reported a clear decline in reliability since the switch.

This is becoming difficult to justify. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues, and has Infomaniak published an official statement about the recent outages?
