A.I. and Independent Due Diligence Accessors

I wanted to pose this question to all of you independents consultants/accessors. From what I gather, independent consultants do a lot of Phase I ESAs, how many of you are getting request for AI reviews for implementation into due diligence work. Any of you consider that AI is going to definitely cut your bottom line? Reducing you down to only site visits in an already ultra competitive market and those of you at the usual big due diligence firms (Partner, AEI, BBG, etc.) are you not considering that AI is going to reduce down the need for so many “Senior” reviewers? I see this going sideways fast for a lot of people and I wanted to see what others input would be.

Due diligence full time

Anyone in here primarily work on due diligence reports (Phase I ESAs, PCAs, etc) full time? Was that what you decided to do or is it what you kind of fell into? Thoughts on the career track and I’m particularly interested in hearing from those with other licenses/credentials (PE/PG, etc) and as to why you primarily chose that career path

Anyone in here a CPG?

Wondering if anyone is a CPG. I need one other CPG sponsor for the certification. It's kind of extreme for something that really doesn't matter too much in the grand scheme of things. They either want you to get 6 PGs to fill out the referral form, which is excessive, or 2 CPGs and 1 PG. I can get 6 PGs but it's just overkill in my honest opinion.
