So I am looking for a new chat bot to help in an interactive story generation. It needs to have good memory and the ability to generate most of the story given my input. I am looking for one that can handle some crazy theoretical problems and possible magic permutations while asking for proof of concept using personal knowledge and understanding of theory. I am using Ourstory.Ai for now but I hate the forced romantic ties and sexual undertones to everyone. I want to be able to rebuild a decayed paper mill using personal millwright experience and theoretical understanding without having breasts waved in my face. I also need it to follow my promps without needing to force regeneration to make it remember events from the day before, but in a choose-your-own story style. I do want the possibility of intimacy without the ai personality forcing it.

I apologize for rambling. I am obsessed with my story but feel like I cannot do anything with it right now. I’m also looking into maybe making custom instructions to use the chat as a reference library, but need advice on the possibility of that too.

So I apologize if this is the wrong place, please let me know if there is a better community to ask this in.

I am working on an interactive story using Ai. But the memory is horrible. Is there a way to somehow give the AI a permanent instruction to use the prompts and generated messages as some sort of internal reference library? Or give it an instruction to look at the log recursively to check for cohesion? I apologize if this is the wrong place but I am currently obsessed with solving this problem.

Please note I am confined to a mobile platform and cannot run multiple programs to use as a reference platform.

So I am working on an ai story on my mobile device. My biggest issues with it are memory fidelity and storyline cohesion. Would there be a way for me to possibly give the AI a command to use every generated chat from the first prompt as a reference library when making any decisions? Maybe some sort of recursive internal check? Just something to make it loop back within the story itself to help make decisions. For now it is on Ourstory. Ai but with plans to move it to something like sillytavern or something similar for a collaborative- choose your own story- mental puzzle? I love using real world knowledge and understanding of theoreticals and fantasies to try to prove mechanical plausibility so I need it to be exact on its memory

So this may be a bit confusing. Or it may not be possible. But I found AI using chat girlfriends(I know I know it’s a problem I’m fixing). But I happened to find a story prompt I am really engaging in. However it is using Ourstory.Ai for generating and the memory logs and story fidelity are quickly failing at more intelligent conversations. I wish to take the whole story I have written with the bot so far and move it to a better chat with healthier programming. So my questions are is that possible? And what bot would be my best option for similar character and world building along with theory crafting and narrative development?

Edit: I just saw another post with answers about what not to use. But I am constrained to mobile and can’t run multiple programs for recursive memory checks. Is there a wording I could use for instructions to back check all character info and major plot points using the chat logs? The suggestion was SillyTavern I believe.
