Should I buy Titan RTX gpu

Hey everyone,

I'm completely new to local LLMs. I'm a software developer and recently decided to start experimenting with local models and agents to help me build things more efficiently. I haven't really studied the field yet, so my understanding is pretty basic.

From what I've gathered, the general advice seems to be "the more RAM/VRAM you have, the better the models you can run." Right now I have an RX 5700 8GB, and I have an opportunity to buy a Titan RTX 24GB locally for $280. Is that a worthwhile upgrade specifically for running local LLMs and will this 2018 card be able to keep up with newer hardware? I don't think there could any better deal at this price point, no?

Where to buy an apartment

I'm looking to buy an apartment in UB and would appreciate any insights you're willing to share.

Which areas (district, khoroo, or khotkhon) are currently the most desirable, or are expected to become more sought after in the next few years? My budget is around ₮500 million, and I'm ideally looking for a 3-room apartment. 2 is fine.

I'm not very up to date on ongoing or planned developments that could increase property values in certain areas. My general criteria are: as close to the city center as possible, good parking availability, a fairly recently built apartment, and minimal traffic congestion.

Are there any neighborhoods you would recommend keeping an eye on, or any areas you would avoid?

Thanks in advance!

Remove AC or not

Getting my first ever windows handheld, Xbox ally x! It's on its way and I can't help but think of optimizing it already.

BG, I have a rog laptop and I had to do lot of debloating, removed basically everything that's asus. Although not hurting performance, AC was eating so much ram and I just couldn't stand it. It seemed it didn't offer anything meaningful over Ghelper.

Now for a handheld, it's a new territory for me. What are the best optimization I could do and not do. Naturally, I'm included to remove everything that's unnecessary, redundant, resource heavy and invasive. It couldn't be that simple, could it?
