The Alexa app doesnt seem made for humans anymore

I opened the app today after a long while cuz my echo insists one of my devices isnt responding for a few days now. I opened the device and struggled to find anything. Everything seems centered on prompting Alexa+ instead of a human finding it and clicking it, the keyboard sometimes doesnt even register what you typed, finding skills now requires human skill.

Btw, the device works fine on the Alexa app (after i found it!!!), but Alexa+ on the echo still insists it is not reaponding...oh the great Alexa+ !!

Can anybody explain the hate of Gemini in this board?

Like, half the posts are about some silly dragon meme.

A thread about a new feature comes, and it gets derailed with "Gemini sucks" posts.

People complaining about Gemini is not good for coding cuz it makes mistakes.

And worst of all are the complaints about it not being the best. Why do you need it to be the best?

Like, don't people realize that if Gemini becomes the best then their beloved Claude will stop being the best?.

And regarding coding, so what if it makes a few mistakes? They all so. Claude has pissed me off a bunch of times too.

When the agents go off the rails and mess up things it is your job to find out and get it corrected. Do you really just want it to be "make me this app" and you go a away and come back to a fully functioning thing matching 100% of your vision? Then what is the point of your job, just data entry (i.e typing the prompts).?

For what it offers, Gemini is fine. It is okay for Claude to be better.

I did not know Android can suggest my info even if I am logged out. Google creeps me out now.

I just got a new Lenovo tablet. While setting it up, the keyboard suggested my email while i typed it, despite not being logged in to my Google account yet.

Gemini says it was based on my Wifi but then that means any person in my house can technically see my personal suggestions if they use a device without an account logged in.

For the first time ever, Google has scared me, privacy-wise (well, before I got crept out by Gemini knowing my wife's name without my saying it, but at least I was logged in for that).
