Fan Advisory Board Candidate
Hi, everyone. My name is David Williams, and I am one of the four Local Representatives up for election to the Fan Advisory Board.
I wanted to come on here and reach out further to the community, in part in the hope of convincing you to cast any unclaimed votes for myself, but also to encourage you to read all four Local Representative statements, as well as the two International Representative statements.
The statements themselves were only 350 words max, so I’m sure there is more everyone wished to say, especially in regards to the club we all hold dear, but from what I’ve seen myself there doesn’t seem to be a wrong choice amongst the bunch.
I know the Club worked long and hard to assemble the eventual list, and I want to thank Macsen Jones for being so helpful and welcoming, as well as the Football Supporters’ Association.
If anyone amongst the fan base has any questions or queries they’d like to ask, I’d be happy to oblige with any knowledge I possess. I know I can’t simply ask for your vote, I have to earn it, and I hope this statement goes a little way to highlighting how much I value open communication, as well as frank and honest conversation with everyone.
As is so often the case, Football is a microcosm of life, and just as the crowd supports the team, I want to help support my local community and fellow supporters whenever and wherever I can.
