Why do I get the sense that Dan uses every sports journalism debate as an opportunity to turn himself into the story — crying, yelling, and making a spectacle of it for entertainment? That’s the irony in all of this. And a Pulitzer for what exactly? This was mainstream news for a week and a half. The NBA and broader sports world clearly didn’t care that much — nothing came from it, and the Clippers faced zero consequences.
