I am having a hard time getting my classic Joe II above 350-400 and maintaining that temp.

I have no upgrades other than a charcoal basket and I use oak Lump charcoal. I’m starting with an electric starter and I feel as if as soon as I take the starter out the fire is slowly dying. That is with my top vent wide open as well as the draft door.

As the title says I’m looking for the best budget friendly camera set up for filming all hunting and fishing adventures with my boys.

I have looked into the latest GoPro hero as well as the insta360 and think I could use either of them in tandem with my phone to film the action well. That being said, I’ve never filmed any hunts before so I’m welcome to any and all input.
