Is IOS 18.6.2 still safe on the 12, or should I upgrade to the 27?

I haven't updated my iphone 12 since ios 18.6.2 because the battery health was rapidly worsening—and funnily enough, it stabilized at 69-70% health and has been the same for a year now. Will updating to ios 27 nuke my battery? I really don't want to have to get a new phone anytime soon, and since I stopped updating, I swear all of the problems (quick battery drain, overheating) stabilized. How unsafe is 18.6.2 security wise?

UTI symptoms (pelvic pain, etc.) but negative urine culture test

Please help! I (21 F) have been having mild stress incontinence for 10 months that I was told was just a weak pelvic floor. I don't know if it's related to this but for the last couple of weeks I've been waking up urgently needing to go to the bathroom & feeling pressure in my pelvis/bladder. The last two/three days it's been very uncomfortable and my pelvis is hurting during the day as well.

No blood in urine, no fever, no pain while peeing- just the stress incontinence (slight leakage) and now the intense uncomfortable need to go to the bathroom as soon as I wake up + pelvic pressure.

I did a urine test & "Bacteria: Ur" came back as "few: abnormal", and "Leukocyte Estarase UR" came back as "value: small, abnormal". Other values were all in range.

However, the bacterial urine culture showed no growth at 18 hours, so my doctor said there's nothing they can do and they don't know what it is except "it's not a UTI." Could this be a UTI or something else? The only option I was given was to go to the ER and my car is broken so I can't until next week. Any advice is appreciated.

21 year old female, 5'2, 167 lbs, prediabetic, just started Zepbound 3 weeks ago to lower my a1c. I don't drink coffee/tea/alcohol, only eating fruits/vegetables/some simpler carbs like sourdough bread.
