First 4 month labs after starting TRT

First time poster, long time reader.

Context
37yo male
Sep 2025 I was 305lbs, felt like garbage, looked like garbage. Probably around 40-50% fat. Low energy, low drive, decent erections but struggled sometimes.

Started Tirzepatide. Worked out 4-6 days a week. Got my diet right, mind right. Wife got involved too. As of April 2026 240lbs and I’m guessing 20-25% body fat,

Jan 2026 did labs to check testosterone because while I was feeling better still had other issues that seemed like maybe Testosterone related (hard to lose fat, gain muscle, weiner still, energy)

Did labs and found that while not basement low, still low.

No insurance. Doc won’t prescribe. Went online, started Test Cyp at 200mg/week two shots (Sat/Wed). Within a few weeks gym went amazing, energy better, Libido and erections best ever. I feel like a new man.

Follow-up labs at 4 months show this. I’ve got no E2 side effects (no water retention, nipples are fine). I’ve read that non super specific testing can over exaggerate by 1.5-2x what E2 actually is.

Blood looks great but I hydrate a lot which helps. Anything yall would recommend? Like I said I feel amazing and not sure I want to change anything but I also don’t want to nuke myself before I hit 40 lol

Do I need to back off a bit? Any issues with running hot for a few more months?

Thanks!

BTW like it says above. No insurance, no doc will deal with it. So I’m on my own. I’ve got a medical doctorate but not an MD so medical stuff doesn’t scare me and I’m not an idiot lol. Don’t ask my wife.
