Greater bank are offering a home loan rate of 5.85% p.a with $3,000 cash back.

No offset, but redraw facility.

Has anyone switched or heard if UpBank will match them?

When are lectures and seminar recordings normally released? Does it vary by unit?

The last unit I did, they weren’t released until Friday 6pm.

As an online student, if I wasn’t able to make a live class it sucked having to wait until Friday.

Wondering if this is the norm or was just the unit I had done.
