For context, no one in this is myself (granted I have my own screenshots, just not THIS bad). I was looking through replays as I sometimes do when I came across this monstrosity. Player numbers are nowhere near low enough in the game for something like this to occur. This wasn't even at a strange time of day. I don't even know how you'd defend this in good faith.
Is there a tad of salt to this post sure, not going to pretend this character isn't frustrating to play against in "good" hands. Me pointing this out also isn't suggesting the character is unbeatable. I've beaten this player while they were on this character before. As you see in the clip, I knew to jump immediately because frankly they abuse this. Just quickly addressing deflections I'm anticipating.
The point here though is this gerobi in her MA mode is B U S T E D and just flat out unfun to play against. I could maybe excuse it if there was no real follow up or she could barely use it, but NEITHER of those things are true. It's only down for a few seconds and is a neutral crutch.
She has THE highest ban rate and #6 in pick rate for 8K and over. I'm well aware it's not simply due to this one move, but at what point do we admit there's a problem? Just ban it isn't the answer because everyone doesn't want to live in ranked.

Started playing about 2 months ago and this is a gaming accomplishment I'm genuinely proud of. I've never hit the highest rank tier in a PVP game (definitely been close) and wanted to know if I could do it here solo.
It's been a hell of a journey. I've had matches that gave the best kind of dopamine, matches that forced me to reflect, and matches that had me questioning my team mate, during and after the game lol.
Regardless, hope to continue enjoying the game along with the rest of you who engage with the community.
