I have a 45mm Amoled instinct 3 and love all the small features it has. Yesterday, I went for a swim in Lake Matinenda in Northern Ontario, Canada and got this cool Artic Swim badge. Are the any other cool badges like this one?

I have a Marina S15 filter, is one of the thinest HOB filters in the market but uses darn cartridges. I hate throwing good bacteria so I modified mine by putting filter floss where the water enters the filter housing, sponges in the first baffle, more filter floss and a bag of crushed coral in the second and the 3rd baffle is all media bags. Tons of surface for bacteria to grow! Filter floss gets changed every couple of weeks but the sponges get rinsed.
I hope this helps someone looking to mod their filter
