Turkey, pepperoni, colby jack toasted on homemade buttered sourdough then added lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Devoured quickly!

Spanish/Mexican-ish style seasoned rice. Used what I had: Sautéed onions and celery with tomatoes and garlic, beef stock, tomato paste, rice, cumin, chili powder and random other spices. Added salsa and cilantro at the end. Cheese and smoked sausage would have been excellent in this
