Grocery purchase not earning 5% on world elite cashback
I purchased groceries and neo says category as groceries but still gave 1% cashback only
Can someone check?

Unauthorized charge
Hi
My card has an unauthorized charge from walmart.ca
.
The transaction was declined at first due to insufficient funds but after 1 day it was posted and my card went over the limit.
I have started the dispute but why a transaction which was declined due to insufficient funds would get approved and it would get my card go over the limit?
Now I have to wait for dispute to get resolved which could take upto 120 days as per email from Neo financial?
