Matter over Thread Issues
I have 12 smart wings blinds for almost 2 years and they used to be so reliable. I constantly get no response in Apple home and in Alexa now. I typically have been resetting them and adding them back to my smart home. Seems like I struggle through getting back on the network. Sometimes it works sometimes I have to attempt to add them multiple times. I essentially just use the remotes now and it defeats the purpose of the matter motor. I have some added to Alexa thread network first if they are closer to those devices and some added first to Apple if they are closer to my Apple TV. Regardless of network some devices just keep going non responsive. All of the blinds are updated to the newest 1.3 version in 3R-Installer.
Anyone have any ideas or had similar experience? I really wished they worked like they used to.
I have also tried using just apple or just Alexa. Same results though.
