Can you tell me what the weather was like if so? Is it true that the fog / clouds tend to go away later in the day? We’re planning our ceremony for Pfeiffer Beach and were just there. It was foggy and cloudy one day and blue skies the next.
My partner and I went the other day and ahead of our trip it was supposed to be blue skies but it was really gloomy on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. We’re eloping in Big Sur mid-May next year and we were planning on it being at around 5-6 pm. Our photographer who is a local to Santa Cruz said that this much gloominess throughout has been unusual for May and that it usually clears up by 3pm. Can I get some more insight from Big Sur locals?
